Refund Policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened products are eligible — we want you to actually try them.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@alphaperformance.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
3. Ship the product back. Once received, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — no return required in most cases.

Exclusions

Bundles and gift cards are non-refundable once opened or redeemed. Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the return is the result of our error.
