A simple way to organise your supplement shelf

A tidy shelf makes it easier to know what you own and what needs checking before your next order. You do not need a complicated tracking system: a short list and the original packaging are a useful starting point.

Make an inventory

Write down each product name, bottle size and expiry date shown on the packaging. Add a note when you open it, especially if the label includes instructions for use after opening. Check your list before buying another bottle of something you already have.

Keep products identifiable

Keep the original bottles and labels so that ingredients, directions, storage details and batch information remain easy to find. If you use a separate organiser, retain the packaging and make sure you can clearly identify each item.

Check the storage instructions

Follow the instructions printed on each product. Do not assume that all capsules, softgels, powders and gummies have the same requirements. Keep products securely out of children’s reach.

Notice repeated ingredients

Several products on one shelf may list the same ingredient. Keep a record of what you use and ask a qualified health professional about suitability and overlapping ingredients where needed. An organised shelf is a shopping tool, not a personalised dosing plan.

Build a useful reorder list

Record the product handle or save its page so that you can find the correct item again. Recheck the current label and formula rather than assuming every future bottle will have identical details.

If a label is unclear or you need help finding the right product page, contact Alpha Performance. You can browse ingredients and formats in our collections.
