Vitamin D3+K2, Zinc Picolinate and Fish Oil are all stocked by Alpha Performance, but the quantities on their labels describe different things. Here is a practical way to compare the information without treating every front-label number alike.
Check what each number actually measures
For Vitamin D3+K2, read the D3 and K2 entries separately and keep their units attached. A combined product name does not mean the two ingredients use the same quantity or unit. Verify the current bottle panel rather than borrowing directions from a different vitamin product.
For Zinc Picolinate, distinguish an amount described as elemental zinc from an amount describing the zinc compound. Those labels refer to different quantities. If both appear on a panel, retain that wording in your notes instead of comparing only the larger number.
For Fish Oil, look separately at total fish oil, total omega-3 and any EPA or DHA entries. Read the serving size beside those amounts. The amount of oil in a softgel is not a shortcut for every other figure listed in the panel.
These three products do not form an automatic daily bundle. Before buying, compare their ingredients with other products you already own, read the bottle warnings and ask a pharmacist or healthcare professional about individual suitability where needed.
